CITYVIEW COMMUNITY CHURCH
Cityview Community Church is a new name but has its roots deeply embedded in history. The First Presbyterian Church of Lompoc incorporated the same year as the city, 1888. In 1964 the original church building, 205 West Chestnut Avenue, was sold, and the congregation moved to a new campus at 1600 Berkeley Drive. While still remaining Presbyterian, the original name was changed to Cityview Community Church in 2017 to emphasize the church’s mission to serve the city (and beyond) and to reflect the church’s location on the valley’s southern hillside overlooking the city we serve.
